Trainer / Student Agreement
We Promise to:
- Provide a physically and emotionally safe environment for you to learn, explore new ideas and practice your new skills.
- Challenge your thinking and affect your learning process with honest feedback
- Support you in any realistic way that we can.
- Respect you.
Our Expectation Of You:
- To arrive with an open mind and a willingness to learn and challenge yourself.
- Adhere to adult learning principles, if you need something then ask.
- Keep mobile phones switched off.
- Be respectful, thoughtful and considerate of other learners
- Embrace uncertainty and the state of not knowing
- Ask questions which are important to you.
- Practice and apply your skills in a respectful and ecological way
- To allow other people the right to have their own opinion even if you disagree with them
- Be truly open to feedback
- Provide us with open and honest feedback
We Reserve The Right To Eject Participants From The Training If:
- A participant is being disruptive and or abusive to other learners and or the trainer.
- Sexist / Racist remarks are made to other learners and or the trainer.
- There is any socially offensive and unacceptable behaviour that interferes with the learning process .
If a student is asked to leave the course due to these or similar reasons we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Cancelation Policy
We reserve the right to cancel any training where we have 6 or less participants. A course can be cancelled up to 10 days prior to the start date. If New Adventure Learning cancels training and you have already paid a deposit or total amount you will receive a full refund.
In all other cases upon receipt of your deposit it is non refundable except were genuine illness prevents participation.
Additional Refund Policy
At New Adventure Learning we endeavour to operate on ethical and fair terms of business. Our highest value is in the quality of the training we provide you. It is for this reason that after the first 2 days of training if you are not completely satisfied and wish to participate no longer you will receive a full refund. No questions asked.
Certification
Certification in NLP and Hypnosis Trainings is ongoing and carried out by your trainer. The minimum requirements for successful certification vary with each new level of training. These are highlighted specifically on request and on registration. A consistent criterion is the behavioural integration of skills taught along with heightened self-awareness and the ability to conduct ecological and respectful change work.
We reserve the right to withhold certification if the minimum requirements are not fulfilled. If this is the case an action plan for improvements and a follow up interview will be provided to assist you in making the standard, this will be free of charge. Remember, we want you to excel.
Your NLP and Hypnosis Certification will be further validated by the ABNLP and IIHNLP&H and will entitle you to all the privileges and entitlements for further learning that such certification bestows.
