Hello,

When you open up to having a Trainer or a Coach in your life it’s not a decision that is taken lightly.

As most trainers, my curiosity about human development initially stemmed from personal challenges. Having made the transition from client to coach and then educator / trainer it allows a unique human empathy which is perhaps best learned through one’s inner experience.

I believe that each individual has within them the inner resources to heal, transform and succeed. My job is to bring you in touch with that great power. And it’s something that is a true joy to witness and something that has defined my life’s purpose.

Over the last 11 years I have been applying various forms of Psychology, Life & Cognitive Sciences to groups and individuals from around the world. With a range of people that’s as wide as Organisational Leaders to Drug and Alcohol Clients and Professional Athletes to name but a few. Despite their overt differences I choose to draw no real distinction between people, as I’ve come to see it, ‘We are all on the road to Self Actualisation’ having only specialized in the path that’s biased by the limits of perception and learned behaviour. The good news though, is ‘people always have choice’.

Through my efforts to bring transformation to people I have paid particular attention to developing skills and creative processes within the following fields:

  • Neuro Linguistic Programming
  • Humanistic Neuro Linguistic Psychology
  • Traditional and Ericksonian Hypnosis
  • Conversational Coaching Models
  • Brain Based Mindfulness Techniques
  • Sports Coaching

A wider influence from supporting fields that I research has given me a more holistic approach, some of these fields include:

  • Applied Psychology, including Leadership and Sport
  • Sociology, Anthropology & Modern Culture’s
  • Cognitive Neuro-Science
  • Quantum Mechanics
  • Genetics and Cellular Biology
  • World wide Philosophy, Spiritual Systems & Consciousness

Over the past decade I have rigorously researched, tested and modeled many applications of human development and sought to find more and more innovative ways to convey this knowledge in tangible experiences to people from all walks of life. As I see this as my life’s work, whenever you see me, you’ll probably hear me say that “I’m just getting warmed up!”

The result of these efforts are distilled in a range of innovative trainings and highly tailored one to one sessions that give people knowledge, skills and experiences, the results of which for some people may seem extraordinary.

So whether we meet through Coaching or Training or somewhere within the Collective Unconscious I trust we’ll both have a memorable experience.
